There is no preset menu. The excitement begins when Chef Amadeus explores what you have on hand and creates a personalized dining experience using creativity, professional culinary techniques, and his signature Southern-inspired style. Whether it is a date night, birthday celebration, intimate gathering, or simply a unique evening at home, every session is designed specifically for you and your guests. Your Door Knock Session includes: An in-home consultation and review of your available ingredients A customized menu created on the spot Professional preparation and cooking in your kitchen An interactive experience where guests can watch, ask questions, and learn culinary tips Beautifully presented dishes served fresh Light cleanup of the cooking area after the experience The host should have a reasonable selection of proteins, vegetables, seasonings, and pantry items available.
